A: Great question! We’re a small team, and we pack every order with care. Please give us 1-3 business days to get your order ready and out the door. After that, shipping usually takes another 3-5 business days depending on where you are in the US.

A: Oh no, did you spot a mistake? The best thing to do is to email us right away at info@kleannjiffy.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can absolutely change it for you. Once it’s shipped, though, we can’t redirect it. So the sooner you let us know, the better!
You don’t have to wonder where your package is! Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can just click that link or pop the number into the carrier’s website to see its latest adventure.
Nope, we don’t store your credit card details on our website. All payments are handled through super secure, encrypted payment gateways (like the ones used by PayPal and major credit cards). Your security is a huge deal to us.
Yes, we do. Sales tax is automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on the state you’re shipping to. It’s just one of those things we have to do!
Right now, we only ship within the United States. We’re so sorry about that! We’re a small business and are working hard to one day bring our K-Sol sparkle to the whole world.
Most of the time, yes! We do our best to pack everything into one neat box for you. But sometimes, depending on what you order, an item might ship separately from another. Don’t worry if you get two boxes—it’s all part of the same order

Thanks for asking! Because our products are made with fresh, natural ingredients, we have a strict all sales are final policy. This is for the health and safety of everyone. However, if something arrives damaged, please don’t worry! Just get in touch with us within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.

We’re so sorry to hear that! That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Just shoot us an email at info@kleannjiffy.com within 30 days of when your package arrived. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll get that sorted out for you with a replacement or a refund.
Great question. Since all our sales are final, we typically don’t require you to mail items back to us, especially if they’re damaged. A photo is usually all we need to process a replacement or refund for you. It’s just quicker and easier that way! If we ever do need you to return something, we’ll email you all the details, including a prepaid shipping label.

If it hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can cancel or change it for you, no problem. Once it ships, we can’t stop it, but please still reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
